Portess and Richardson have specialised in Healthcare for a number of years with extensive experience in care homes, dementia care, assisted living and more. We have won multiple awards for our projects, most recently Dunkirk Memorial House for the Royal British Legion for the Best Dementia Care Facility in 2015.

We have also been for shortlisted as a finalist for the South East LABC Building Excellence Awards 2017 in two categories for Maurice House, Broadstairs for Best Social or Affordable New Housing Development and Best Inclusive Building.
